    The fix has been deployed by Meta and the major disruptions on WhatsApp since 27 Mar 10:57 AM (GMT+8) have now been resolved. Thank you for your understanding.

    We have received information from Meta that WhatsApp is currently undergoing a service disruption. This Meta issue may potentially affect access to WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), particularly the loading of approved templates on our platform.

    Meta's engineering teams are currently investigating the issue.
